Initially we deploy our operations with 2 full equipped Mercedes VClass 250. According to our business plan we will increase our fleet in the upcoming years, with more mini vans and sedan vehicles.
All our employees are trained for one week. This training includes SOP’s, behavior standards, safety measurements. We also make sure that all our employees will be under a continuous training and evaluation process so that the consistency of our services is ensured.
As mentioned above, G&M is a family owed company. This could mean two things. First and foremost, we have our family members working in the critical positions of our operations and back-office support.
Second and most important is the fact that, we are very careful in our employee selection, as we always seek for experienced people with good level of education and great personalities.
