Panos was intelligent, professional, friendly, well mannered and eager to help. Additionally, he offered helpful information which assisted our decisions. His services were so helpful to us that we called for him again the next day! Before we left, we actually felt that we had met a friend instead of a driver. We recently travelled to Athens via a cruise ship. Marilena was very prompt when I messaged her about arrangements while we were in Athens. What an amazing staff at this company. They picked us promptly from the airport when we landed. There was a problem with the tire so we had to wait for another driver, but they came quickly and Lefteris let us sit in the AC providing us with colas and water. Then the other driver was very informative about the area. As we were leaving, Margarita, a very sweet driver picked us up and drove us to the airport. She arrived early and got us their ahead of schedule. Very friendly and lovely conversationalist. We would definitely use this service again.

I was connected with the service via Viator and I couldn’t be more grateful…There was a slight delay with our pickup from the airport in Athens but it was quickly resolved. The transportation was so effectively handled that I directly reached out for another pickup from the hotel back to the Athens airport. During the pickup window my daughter suffered a heat stroke while we were trying to get back to the hotel to meet the driver. With such a horrific event happening I reached out to Giannis to ask if the driver could meet us there. With no hesitation he immediately arranged for pickup at our location, he stayed on the line with me to make sure everything would be ok, also translating for me with the paramedics that was caring for my daughter. The care and suppprt we received from G&M was unmatched. People were very slow to aide us in this situation and it was a devastating experience. Giannis and team went above and beyond the call of service, even following up later to confirm things were ok. G&M transfer is one of the best transportation services in Athens. You can expect to get to and from your destination safe and timely by drivers who respect and care for humanity.

The entire team was fantastic to work with. We reached out as we were traveling to Greece a few days early for a cruise. We had a group of 6. We reached out to Marlena and gave her our dates. She was quick to respond. She came up with some great options and made sure we happy with all the arrangements.

Our driver Panos was FABULOUS! He was very attentive, polite and spoke very good English. He made sure when we pulled up to a restaurant reservation he would speak to the host and assure we would be taken care of. We hit one day of rain and he came running over with umbrellas to make sure we didn’t get wet. He was easy to talk to.
Yanis made sure to meet us in person – the entire staff was so easy to work with and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!
